GE’s sale of NBC to Comcast closer

The Business transaction of General electric, the parent Company of NBC/Universal to sale it’s flagging television Network to Comcast appears to be in the home stretch, after a deal to purchase Vivendi's 20% stake in the joint Company for $5.8 Billion has been struck which should ultimately clear the way for Comcast, the Nation’s largest Cable television Company to acquire a controlling 51% stake of NBC/Universal for approx. $30 Billion, which is far less then its previously abortive takeover bid of rival Network ABC, in which Comcast was spurned by Walt Disney a few years ago.

So will we see Indy Cars on “The Peacock” (NBC) in the near future?
