To Silverstone Mateys!

As I Don't think Uncle Bernaughty's slashed the beloved British Grand Prix from the F1 calendar in favour of somewheres' more exotic like Azerbaijan and its future  "European" GP, right?

This weekend's Formula 1 race at Bloody 'Ol Silverstone, for which I have NO idea if I'll have a working Telie' by then? Although I've ZERO intentions of throwing Ye old cathode ray tube model into thy Puget Sound; Hya! Since isn't that what we did in some 'lil 'Ol Boston Harbour; Oh Never Mind!

As the latter two venues, Spa-Francorchamps and Monza are reputedly under the financial wrecking ball of Messer Bernard Ecclestone, while France's event was beheaded by Bernie 'Wayback in 2008...

Yeah, the Indianapolis 500 was part of the F1 calendar between 1950-60, although I don't think any Grand Prix regulars ever contested it, with the height of America v Europe coming during the 1957-58 "Race of Two Worlds" held on Monza's banked Oval...
