Otay, so once again I'm late to thee party
with this, as McLaren revealed a radical futuristic F1 concept chassis early December,
last year, which I'll admit I'm an 'Ol School "Traditionalist," in
the sense that Open Wheel Racing means Open Cockpits and NO FREAKIN' Kardashian
Humps! Can Y'all say Dallara DW12...
Whilst I also believe drivers should have to
turn a steering wheel left 'N right, with their Bloody hands, although I'm not
adverse to new technology, a la Seamless Shift paddle shifting, fly-by-Wire
throttle & braking technology, ERS (Energy Recovery System) "Hybrid
Synergy," etc, along with always wishing for driver safety!
Yet McLaren's
"Mighty Mach-5" of Thy future is a pretty amazing piece 'O kit and
definitely worth further exploration...
Meanwhile,
