MotoGP moves on after Valencia finale



Immediately following the season's final race, the MotoGP circus began testing their perspective 2016 machinery which will force everybody to utilize the series single, "common" ECU box, which arch rivals Marc Marquez and Valentino Rossi both agreed will be a massive step backwards for the sport!

Yet overall this is very good news, as it will combine the two somewhat confusing classes of Factory v Open Class riders, while Michelin replaces Bridgestone as sole tyre supplier with rim sizes increasing to 17-inches.


Meanwhile, I'd missed another memo, this one regarding thee Kentucky Kid's retirement from the world's elite Knee-dragger series, i.e.; MotoGP, as the 34yr old Kentuckian will now tackle a new challenge by taking up World Superbike (WSBK) for Honda's factory Superbikes team. Which leaves no Americans racing  in thy pinnacle 'O two-wheeled road racing next year as Ben ELBOZ' Spies and the Texas Tornado' Colin Edwards have already retired from MotoGP. Along with the cancellation of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway round of the championship next year...
