Police trouble in Unser Case

Al Unser Sr’s lawyer has asked the Albuquerque General Attorney’s office to investigate possible witness intimidation. The attorney states in a letter sent to the state’s attorney, that there’s a clear case of trying to smear his key witness, police officer Sam Costales…

The Albuquerque Police Chief has said that he’ll launch an internal investigation regarding police officers conduct during the arrests of both Unser brothers…

Meanwhile Bobby Unser’s lawyer has filed a motion to have his clients arrest thrown out due to the outrageous police conduct documented in the Al Unser Sr. case…
