The city of Whiteland, Indiana has honoured its
most famous Drag racer, 10-times Pro Stock Champion Bob Glidden with His own
street. Which I believe is nearby the newly unveiled Roundabout sculpture.
As Glidden currently ranks third overall in
NHRA Pro Stock wins, behind Greg Anderson and Warren Johnson. And fifth overall
in “Wally’s”, ergo NHRA career wins.
